so it would make sense that Mommy drove him to Kenosha. If you're set on hunting down innocent people to kill, you wouldn't want to get pulled over and detained on the way there for no valid DL.

Rittenhouse was charged a week ago in a separate case in Kenosha County for allegedly speeding between 20 and 24 mph over the limit on a freeway and for driving without a valid license.

He needs to name names, and I mean EVERYONE...from the person who put him up to picking up that weapon and going up to Kenosha to the names of every member of every RWNJ group he's associated with. Simply put, he would need to give law enforcement EVERYTHING he's got.

If he names some good names that results in some high level actionable prosecutions, he just might avoid a full lifetime of being some alpha neo-Nazi's bottom half.

Frankly, I hope he doesn't have anything, other than being yet another sad example of how following racist ideologies can ruin your life.

was done with george zimmerman, to get that murdering kid off with as little time as possible. First degree means you purposely planned someone's killing and carried it out, premeditation.

The killings in that demonstration don't seem to fit that definition, whereas second degree murder is generally described as the unpremeditated intentional killing of another. That's perhaps more appropriate, or maybe aggravated manslaughter, which is when the actor recklessly causes death under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to human life.

I just don't want them to pull legal tricks for that murdering kid to get off relatively easy.

To persuade a jury of his premeditation. And perhaps not. We will see. I wonder if the trial process will be swift, and doubt it.

I am saddened and sickened by this; a young unbalanced male shooting into a crowd, at no one in particular. A mass shooting always makes me feel like that.

I've already ben seeing the Asst DA being slandered as a puppet of George Soros.

The charge is appropriate, but a lesser charge (2nd degree, even Man 1) might be more palatable to a jury who'll need to be sequestered for the duration.

Plus, it only takes 1 RW Jury-Nullifier to lie during selection and bollocks the whole trial up. See: the Hokoanas in Seattle, the Bundys in Portland. The selection process is going to be excruciating and blatantly racist.

My opinion: he won't get life for this. 25.

And do we know anything about his parents or other family?

I'll admit I'm not familiar with gun laws in every state, but can it be legal for someone under 18 to openly carry a gun? If I was a cop I would have at least asked him for an ID earlier. Cops talked to him and didn't think of that? And he very much looks like he's even younger than he is.

unsupervised by an adult, so the cops that just let him pass should be brought up on charges also for negligence, and possibly accessory to the fact because they didn't do their job and ID him, especially as he looks younger than 17.

"His mom also posted photos of him clad in a blue cadet uniform adorned with a badge — and the teen had participated in cadet programs with the Grayslake Police Department, according to the Washington Post.

It allows wannabes from 14 to 21 “the opportunity to explore a career in law enforcement” through ride-alongs with officers on patrol and firearms training, according to since-deleted pages on its website. The Grayslake Police Department said it is cooperating with an investigation by the FBI and Kenosha police into Rittenhouse."

Thu Aug 27, 2020, 08:15 PM
Aug 2020

- He's 17 years old
- He'll be sentenced to life imprisonment
- That could be 60 years

SIXTY years of being told when to get up, when to eat, when to go to bed, and constant noise around him. Then he'll die.

If executed, he'd miss out on all of that. He'll simply die.

Which is the worst punishment?
