Drug testing for everyone?

What about people who take medicines that on the street would be illegal, except a doctor prescribed it. Would that cause confusion in the huge bureaucracy this scale of testing would require?

First, do harm.

And, then Congress.

So many of the cop violent incidents look more than a but like roid rage I wonder if the cops are partaking of steroids to bulk up.

I have little doubt that there's a significant portion of them who are roided up.
