PETITION: Eliminate money's influence in elections by creating a system....

Eliminate money's influence in elections by creating a system that assures an equal opportunity for citizens.

This Administration should support campaign election reform by establishing a system that makes sure that all citizens have an equal opportunity to run for office and serve their Country. I believe a system could be launched using an internet based system where people's platforms would be listed and fact checked on a website. All candidates' backgrounds and platforms would be spelled out and then fact checked. No money would be allowed, all would be publicly funded. Everyone would have the same chance to run based on their values and political stances.

"No money would be allowed, all would be publicly funded. "

You can't forbid people from buying billboards, radio ads, TV ads, newspaper ads, etc., to campaign against other candidates.

And the "no money" would mean no private money.

If I misunderstood, perhaps someone could clarify it for me.
