Well, my husband has heard thru the workplace grapevine that a co-worker tested positive.

No word about the plant shutting down to do a deep cleaning. Yes they wear mask work station at set up with distance but the product is moved thru the facility they don't have AC in the facility 90 degree weather people sweeting. My husband on the safety council had a meeting today hours before this info asked if there is a positive case here are you going to close this place down and clean. The bosses remain silent. I hope none of you have to deal with this.

There’s massive incentive for sick people to go to work, even when they know, for certain, that they’re sick.

What can we ethically do about this?

People have bills to pay. Others, who also have bills to pay, don’t want to get sick.

What can we do?

To stay home. We are a sick nation in which $600.00 is more money than what a person makes working.

People are not getting this virus from touching surfaces. Ordinary cleaning is good enough. But contact tracing is needed, and that's hardly being done anywhere.
