Let me get this straight.

Trump is signing an executive order to require insurance companies to cover preexisting conditions via the ACA, a law he’s currently suing to eliminate?

The Trump Administration is now suing itself to both require and eliminate insurance denials over pre-existing medical conditions. Asked which side he’s actually on, Trump said, “It is what it is.”

Trump says he’ll sign an Exec Order to require insurers to cover preexisting conditions. Just don’t anyone tell him they already have to, and that it’s called Obamacare.

If the ACA is repealed, the insurance companies would probably take him to court on the grounds that the executive order is unconstitutional, and you have these conservative judges on the Supreme court who have essentially ruled that corporations are people.

But hey, his "cult" followers will think it's a great deal and never even remember it's already the law.

This is just one aspect of healthcare that is already covered as mentioned above, by a complete plan that he's trying to abolish. Weren't executive orders "governing by fiat" a few years back?
