No percentage in it for him in the minority.

5. Now really...

Is there something in the water?

Are we talking Stockholm syndrome?

Is this about intense self-loathing? Do his constituents hate America, (no, not his REAL constituents getting richer)?

Masochism? Whip me, beat me, hurt me Mitch!!!

7. I really don't get it

I always say this, but he's hurting his own KY citizens. There have to be citizens voting for him whom he's literally killing. I don't understand. It's infuriating to me. What has to happen?

16. I see this with Grassley too

here in Iowa. People who vote for Democrats for everything else will vote for that piece of garbage because he's been there so long.

I guess it's the devil you know or something.

6. Is this really a surprise. Most of us realize this is an uphill battle from the state that gave

Kentucky McConnel and Rand Paul

However, I do not think it is hopeless. After the Democratic Convention into September, that is when I will start paying more attention to the polls

Also, no one should assume the General Election is a sure thing either

By filling the federal courts with young, racist, incompetent judges.

13. Poll included "likely" voters

It may be that McGrath will bring out many voters who were not polled here -- who were not deemed likely voters.

14. So many here said Booker can't win

Maybe neither candidate can win but I think Booker brought a better argument than McConnell is preventing Trump from making America great again.

In Campaign Launch, Amy McGrath Accuses McConnell Of Blocking Trump

(Snip)

In an interview on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, McGrath said that Kentuckians voted in favor of Trump during the 2016 election because “they wanted to drain the swamp,” and because he promised to bring back jobs and lower drug prices.

“Who stops the president from doing these things? Well, Mitch McConnell. And I think that’s really important and that’s going to be my message. That the things Kentuckians voted for Trump for are not being done. He’s not able to get it done because of Sen. McConnell,” McGrath said.

17. Multiple actual Kentucky-dwelling folk said (for weeks before the election) that Booker had the

better chance v Moscow Mitch.

This was the only poll that included Booker near the election, and it is not a highly rated one, but here it is.

Moscow seems fairly stable, FFS!!! 52 to 55%, SMDH

15. Interesting. Do those numbers mirror Trump's KY numbers.

I think in KY, it's all about Louisville and Lexington turn out for them Dems. I wonder how much polling took place there?

Moscow Mitch will win. But he is old. Will he make it to 2026?

At least until Andy Beshear's term ends. He's up for re-election in 2023.

There's going to be serious fall-out from them not extending the unemployment benefits. Let's wait a couple weeks and see how these polls look then.

maybe if I bring him his tea with enough ice cubes this time he wont hit me as hard. The collective really does seem to enjoy self-abuse and don't seem to care how millionaire moscow mitch (and his chinese shipping magnet second wife that happens to sit on the fucking cabinet) 'represents' them.

30. We won't find out for years how many real jobs it will create: It will probably be largely automated

And we'll also have to see how much pollution it creates.....But Kentuckians don't care about such things.

28. Can she bow out and let Booker take a shot at it?

She seems to be tanking and this is not acceptable. She needs to go further to the left, if nothing else. Let's see if that helps or hurts.

that logic is similar to if you don't test you don't have a case.
