Obama almost got it right, but Mittens will make it better. Just like Mittens saved GM.

He was the first to pass an Individual Health Insurance Mandate law for all citizens under his jurisdiction when he was governor of Massachusetts.

The idea came from the Heritage Foundation.

It is now a (useless and unnecessary) component of ObamaCare.
