1. The Supreme Court has been a branch of the Republican Party since December 12, 2000

2. If they can, they will. Just like in 2000.

We need to overwhelm the vote so soundly that they can't even take a chance on meddling (any more than they have by helping Barr hide evidence).

3. Roberts doesn't seem to care for Trump.

I think he’d jump at the opportunity to burn him.

6. AGREE!! Is this done with just majority vote?

IF we regain the House AND Senate? Or do we need 2/3rds in the Senate?

17. Thanks. You're absolutely right. Why are they hiding this from the American Public

is my question. Why are they hiding the results of his investigation? I'm surprised that Mueller hasn't stepped up to the plate and said something. Mueller if he were so concerned about corruption and such, should have said something already.

13. I Looked In LBN

All I saw was the court will take up the issue of the House getting to see the interacted Mueller report.
But, it won't likely be until after the election.
While I don't like it, I'm not seeing it as cataclysmic.
Seems routine for SCOTUS, to me.
Still not sure this is what the OP was riled about.

14. They already did with this action.

They are protecting drumpf, their right wing fascist oligarch from the constitution util after the election. Guarantee you, if there is violence and he declare national emergency, martial law & cancels or suspends the election, they will go along because it is the main reason the 5 of them are there to begin with.
