Can't even process the anti-maskers' anti-logic. Just can't.
Seriously, "medical tyranny"? That's moronic, even for an alt-right turd like Garrison.

1. My Sister in Law's Brother has been diagnosed with Covid
He won't wear a tyranny mask. And now his wife and daughter may have it too. They are getting tested later this week.
Did I mention that he's a stupid arrogant asshole? Yeah. Well, he is. |

2. Despite the vocal attention seeking idiots, I have hope.
Saturday I venture out in my small NH town to go to the dump and run any other small errands. Wearing my mask of course.
Last week at the dump masks were below 50% in my totally non-random sampling. This week it was 70-75%. I stopped at the local farmstand and and masks were pretty close to 100%. Oh and at the village commons about a dozen high-school age kids were holding a BLM protest. Change is coming. |

4. They are completely divorced from reality
They have their own little narrative about how the world is supposed to work, and anytime real world facts intrude, they get angry, defensive, and belligerent.

5. It was a social contract...
It was a social contract based on an honor system.
We are seeing a litmus test about who has honor and is able to abide by that and who doesn't. We are even seeing people go deeper into dishonor by lying about their health and creating fraudulent, phony cards to get away with their anti-social behaviors. In a way, that, to me, is the underlying problem. The rest is pomp and circumstance that may distract from the issue of honor in a society, but it comes down to that. Hair on fire is just a facade. Rights are not the real issue and freedom is reciprocal not a tyranny of one. |
