The Queen of Alternative Facts is out spinning the spin that Joe Biden's promise to choose a woman as VP is like a hormone-laden Frat House Bro: Get Me A Woman. She's none too fond of Susan Rice either, who she claims 'can't be trusted.'
Time to look in the mirror, Kellyanne. No amount of Botox makes you look trustworthy. Just saying, Sister. You're time in the sunshine is coming to an end. Along with the Infant King's.
Go to 2:58 for Conway's comments on Biden's VP list, 'binders of women' snark. No shame inside the Trumphumper group. None.

(123,275 posts)becoming House Speaker again in the run up to 2018 elections? They really, really did not want her as speaker and we see why. Nancy Pelosi is amazing in these times. I'm putting Susan Rice at the top of my list again based on how the right wing and white house are attacking her. She could respond to all atracks on Biden as vp candidate. She has worked with Biden and knows him deeply. The right is afraid of her the most obviously. IMHO

(11,492 posts)The pushback against Pelosi was furious. And, of course, we know why. You don't mess with Nancy Pelosi; Madame Speaker can get under Trump's skin like no one else. That may be true with Susan Rice as well, particularly with her national security experience and inside knowledge of how things went down during the 2016 election and transition period. Dead bodies and all that. Sally Yates also appears to be on the GOP's hit list.
Interesting to say the least.

(123,275 posts)and we know Susan Rice has a detailed memory of the last 40 years of GOP ass**lery, not to mention the last 3.4 years.

(11,492 posts)She better patch herself up. The WAVE is coming and Kellyanne will be washed away with the rest of the crew.

She really needs 2 paper bags in case the first one falls off.
The real problem is obviously what noises are emitted from that flawed face.

(305,496 posts)Yeah, there's one thing all these people have in common: they detest anyone who shows an ounce of expertise or professionalism. Loved the one snippet I read from Fox News several weeks ago, a howl really that 'the experts were taking over' with the Covid-19 medical advice to Americans. Oh No!
It would be funny if it weren't so dangerous. Only lapdogs are admired by these people. Lives lost or jeopardized? Not so much.

(11,492 posts)The only good Putin news is that he's getting blowback on his own Covid-19 response, as well as falling oil prices. How many doctors have fallen out of windows recently??
And this is who the Trumpster admires and would love to emulate!
Ugh.

(11,492 posts)But Conway's defend-all-things-Trump schtick is getting old and increasingly pathetic. I don't watch Fox News. I leave that to my oldest son who says he'd rather know what lies they're spinning for Trump in advance. The 'binders of women' remark is a throwback to Mitt Romney's infamous quip, of course, an attempt to twist the knife onto Joe Biden. She can't very well talk about Trump's history with women or women-related comments. That's why this unsubtle snark is a fail, IMHO.
Time for Kellyanne to pack her bags. If the gods are smiling, she'll never, ever work again. If the gods are laughing, she'll be brought up on charges for the biggest fraud perpetrated on the American public, the selling of a Con artist/thug as US President.

(22,629 posts)was asked about Susan Rice today. it was the last question a reporter asked about. She deflected the question and turned to her notes about Susan Rice that were all prepared. Sounds a lot like what kellyanne is saying. even the same quote about judy woodruf interview.
see 22:00 for start of the question and her pivot at 23:36. she couldn't wait to get to that question.

(11,492 posts)They are always, always lockstep in the messaging. It's as if they all get morning memos on what the meme of the day will be, then repeat said meme ad nauseum.
Susan Rice definitely appears to have been today's target.
