You would think Justices will foremost look at the evidence and written arguments regarding this matter. They should look to the future as well. Allowing a president to be immune will also allow future presidents to immune, thereby, allowing further corruptions and wrong doings that will subsequently hurt The United States of America and her people. Also there are security issues for the country.
