The allegation is the FISA court was used to groundlessly investigate the Trump Campaign, find whatever kind of dirt can be found, and then later to interfere with the transition to the Drumpf Administration.

Essentially, the allegation is to accuse certain people in the Obama Administration of doing what Nixon did with bumbling burglars, but instead using the FISA court and fellow travelers in the FBI.

There were some extremely troubling acts done by lone individuals with axes to grind, but they are generally "never-Trump" Republicans, not Democrats.

The goal is, of course, to smear Joe Biden with the bad acts of these other individuals.

If I was advising the Biden campaign, I'd tell them to not defend these idiots, as it makes you look complicit in their bad behavior. I'd be shocked and throw their asses right under the bus where they belong.
