VP selection doesn't matter all that much. Now if he picks a good woman, she can be a powerful force in DC and around the country.

I'm not worried about carrying a particular state, though that will be a minor consideration. I do worry about picking the wrong Senator, from a red state, and losing that seat.

I think one of my Senators should be up this cycle, so I'll be voting for her, too.

I don't care who he picks. I'm not even picking a personal favorite. It kinda helps that - of all the name mentioned in possible contention - I like 'em all. There's nobody there I don't like, or couldn't envision as Vice President, OR in a worst-case scenario, stepping in and becoming President in case something were to happen to a President Biden.

With someone like him, AND the people advising him, making the selection, I have faith in that. Brains over brawn. Experience over celebrity status. With a political background, actual public servants who've had serious, credible lawmaking or administrating red, not what the Nielsens say on some random week of sampled viewership.

I would crawl over broken glass to vote for him over Trump, and I am no fan of Seth Moulton. I would vote for Marianne Williamson and Tulsi Gabbard over Trump, and I am no fan of those two either. In fact, I cannot think of a single living Democrat that I would not vote for instead of Donald Trump. I would even vote for that crook Rod Blagojevich over Donald Trump--because Trump is an even bigger crook.

Dallas County hasn't missed one election, and always sends my ballot in plenty of time to get it back there.

And the same goes for me, I will be voting for Biden for President no matter who he picks for his VP. There are two names under consideration that I dislike a lot, but that will not change my vote in the slightest. The name of MJ Hegar on my ballot will be far more important to me than the name of Biden's VP pick.

as they say, if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem! Even non voters will be a part of the problem because they make it just a little bit easier for donnie to succeed!

When they started the Tara Reide BS, I thought, in the middle of a pandemic, a sex scandal seems so inconsequential! To quote Alberto Gonzalez, it seems almost "quaint"!

66. Yep, I have a plan and a contingency plan.
Wed May 6, 2020, 09:52 AM
May 2020

My plan is to early vote, all geared up, around 10:30 in the am on a Tuesday when there will be little/no lines. Mail in voting is bad in FL and a voter suppression tool installed by repugs. FL has a very stringent matching voting signature review and it caused well over 100,000 votes to be not counted in 2019 and is the reason Nelson isn't a senator right now. They use this religiously on all mailed on and absentee ballots, but not at in person voting on early voting days. They look more closely on election day, but still far less are disallowed in person than by mail.

Plan B, if the murderous asses in FL legislature stop early voting, come geared up, mask, gloves, water, book, folding chair, hat, sunglasses, snacks, ID, phone, and do whatever it takes to get my vote registered. Just hope there are no ammo-sexuals there threatening us with guns. Since this is a suburban area but has a fair number of apartments, not sure if we will be targeted. There were no issues here in 2016 or 2018, but this year I fear will be different. It us in this town that the guns shops are empty because the rw'ers have gunned up to stop the libruls from stealing the presidency from Trump - those were the exact words the gunshop owner told my husband. My husband is a BIG white guy with with short grey hair so maybe the owner thought he was one of them?
