Roll up roll up: The results of the April Photography Contest are now in and they are marvellous!
It has been a tremendous competition this month and a hearty thanks to every who participated and for all of you who voted.
The talent on display has been tremendous with some really outstanding images being shared. All the photography on display offered something special, but as with all competitions there can only be one winner, and it is the frog what won it!! FIRST PLACE GOES TO Talitha with Peek-a-Boo! 
Well done Talitha, a clever and stunning image SECOND PLACE GOES TO Tom Kitten with Columbine 
THIRD PLACE GOES TO mnhtnbb with Naptime 
Worthy winners one and all!! 
Adsos Letter will host next months competition, with Talitha deciding the theme. Again thank you to everyone who took part. It has been a great competition to host. And a final thank you to HAB911 for choosing such an interesting and challenging theme this month Poster in GD as per Skinners permission

But first, thank you to all here at DU who host, participate in, and vote in these photo contests. We are truly blessed to have such a wide range of talented artists here!
About the photo - TBH, it was pure luck. I was going out to take a picture of the bush that's blurred in the background when I heard them... yes, there were 2 of them inside the wind chimes' pipes, and it sounded like they were having a contest of their own to see whose chirp would produce the most appealing echo. Those little Frogs have been very co-operative subjects throughout the years - gotta love 'em!  |
