What percentage of his day is spent "busily" watching TV, phoning his pals for advice, tweeting, eating, potty breaks, whiny TV briefings, and chucking over his next act of cruelty against someone who can't fight back?

Trump is a joke. He can't negotiate any deal with anyone, he got nothing finished or any agreement let alone legislation approved or signed, but he brags constantly about how great he is.
