You know what I don't get?

from the moment Obama placed his hands on that bible, the GOP has relentlessly attacked him.

every. single. fucking. day.

according to them, Obama couldn't do a damn thing right.

And when given the chance to go against him, this is the best they have???? This is it?????

Are they fucking kidding me?????

Beating an incumbent is nearly impossible, and beating Obama is doubly so.

But the bottom line is that the Republican party is done with Mitt Rmoney. They knew they would lose this election, and they chose Mitt to get him out of contention in 2016.

They do it, we do it. If you look on this site I'm sure you will find at least one bit of pretty outlandish bit of speculation about Romney.

Heck even Harry Reid is doing it nowadays, unless you think it's the truth that Romney paid absolutely zero federal income taxes for each of the last 10 years.

Bush the same way these clowns on the House and Senate have treated Barack Obama. A bunch of people posting on a message board comes nowhere near some of the most powerful people in the country behaving like a bunch of deranged lunatics. Hell I don't even remember any "mainstream media" clowns calling Bush a dick. Even when he might have deserved it.

place the good of their party ahead of the national interest right from Inauguration Day.

IMO, Huntsman was the only remotely credible challenger and I half expected him to switch parties after the primary debates had concluded

They deserve be no no better than a rump party, commanding no more than 10-15% of the vote. The real debate going forward should be between Obama and Bernie Sanders, imho.

They basically just oppose anything that would help citizens and are in favor of only things that would exclusively help the rich and the big corporations; add to that pandering to extremist religion. When looking at that criteria from which they had to choose a candidate, yes, Romney is the best they had.

Since they discourage any new thinking, any candidate who runs almost by definition has to dumb themselves down to the lowest common denominator - government bad, rich people and tax cuts good, Obama a commie muslim.

which is far more good stuff than just about any president since LBJ and the 2nd term-3rd term of FDR

that the rest of the democrats took til the 12 convention to start telling people all the good that has been done is the odd part

and when you say the republicans, keep in mind you have crazy ones, and you have ones coordinating for the 16 race, who do not want Mitt to win, becuase if he wins, they can't have Jeb (who had major news yesterday himself saying a book shall come out in late 13 or early 14 and in it will discuss in detail immigration, knowing they need the voters in that demographic that the repubs have so far conceded to the Dems) run against Hillary in 16.

as for Bernie Sanders, well, like Kucinich, they talk a good game and when the votes are needed, vote for Obama and in the privacy of their voting booth, vote for the democrats on the ticket.

It is in the interest of say, Jeb, to make the other repubs look as out of here and crazy as possible, so Jeb can say he is the sane republican, and they will flock to him in 2016, regardless of his name. (Our job is to see he is not anywhere near elected.)

Remember, 7/10 of everything you hear from repubs is just part of the show.
And great politicians play 4-9 steps ahead on their 3d chess board.
(Obama just plays better than them.)

and you will see that the repubs will start coming together out of neccesity as people don't want obstructionists on the repub side(which is why I think so many repub incumbents who have a serious challanger will lose in 2012, and especially in 2014
(Chris Christie for instance, if he was foolish enough to run for reelection will not beat Cory Booker).

The recent repub. rule changes that happened before the repub convention for rules for election 2016 all benefited Jeb (under the guise of being for the good of the party).

just watch.

And be thankful Obama had it so easy to get reelected. (Yes I am talking like it is a sure thing). It is up to Hillary to make sure she secures victory at any and all cost in 16 and 20.
