Federal Court Says MGM Must Release Secret Trump 'Apprentice' Tapes
A little more on the Trump Family Pyramid Scam(tm)...as if we haven't all been victims of it in this country.
Crooks do have to crook, though. It's just their nature.
A federal court in Manhattan demanded that Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM) release unaired footage from The Celebrity Apprentice, which features President Donald Trump when he was still a game show host on NBC.
During a teleconference in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) on Thursday, U.S. District Judge Lorna G. Schofield determined that cutting room floor scenes from two separate episodes of the submission-themed show were relevant to an ongoing class action lawsuit against the Trump family and the Trump Organization.
“I find that they are highly relevant,” Schofield said of the unaired jetsam, directing attorneys for the plaintiffs in that class action to huddle with MGM’s legal department in order to set up an efficient and mutually acceptable way for the footage to be reviewed.

With last night’s opinion and today’s rulings, the Court has cleared away a number of remaining obstacles created by the defendants and third parties to proper discovery in this case,” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “We look forward to continuing to gather the evidence to deliver justice for our brave clients, and thousands of others like them who were defrauded by the Trumps.”

I hear you, but the fat hog was supposed to have done a lot of things he won't do--like releasing his taxes after auditing 
, and we know that he has NO intention of ever showing his taxes if he can help it. And we know that the Robert's court has delayed their decision to speak about whether or not Congress EVER sees them. Guess they're still talking about whether or not the House can Subpoena them like they have every right to. Heck, with this pandemic causing all of the unfortunate death/destruction going on, we'll be worn down/out if the high court ever does make a definitive ruling on fatties tax returns. Personally, I don't see all of his taxes being released to the Congress, and if some information from them is released, it probably won't be enough for the Congress to work with. Yes, I know that I sound negative as all hell, but it doesn't mean that I don't think his ultimate END is coming sooner rather than later. IT IS. But look at all of the mountains, stumbling blocks, sheer hell & death we've have to get through. We'll be worn/ground down into dust once this illegitimate, treasonous hog's stay in the White House is over.
