It was the act of an inflamed mob, who believes that media products have state sponsorship or authorization, because that is the only thing they know from their experience.

The press want a war so badly.

War for ratings.

To hell with the destruction of innocent lives, the "collateral damage", the waste, the ruined international relationships, the divided populace on the homefront, etc. They just want a lucrative, ratings-generating war.

Fuck them all...

Libyan President Apologizes To U.S. For "Cowardly" Attack On Embassy, Offers Condolences.

by TomP

TRIPOLI, Libya (AP) — Libya's interim president has apologized to the United States for the attack on the U.S. consulate in the eastern city of Benghazi that killed the American ambassador and three of his staff.

Mohammed el-Megarif described the attack as "cowardly" and offered his condolences on the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and the three other Americans. Speaking to reporters, he vowed to bring the culprits to justice and maintain his country's close relations with the United States.

politico

The attack was terrible and the loss of life so sad and senseless.

We are not at war with Muslims or the Libyan people. The people who shot the rocket are responsible for the deaths, not Islam or Libya or their adherents or people.

Now more than ever, aren't you glad we have calm and experienced leadership in the White House? Presdient Obama along with the help of Secretary Clinton and the entire Obama team will work to keep this nation safe and prevent more violence.

Last night, Mitt Romney revealed he is unfit to be President. People notice. When these crises come, people feel secure knowing that President Obama is in charge. He's had many 3 a.m. callls and passed all the tests. Romney failed his test as an American last night.

9/11 wasn't an act of war either. It was a surprisingly successful bid for attention from a spoiled brat rich kid. You know, the kind with such a sense of entitlement, and so much money, he doesn't give a shit what happens to "you people."

While the consulate is sovereign territory, the attack wasn't carried out by officially sanctioned agents of a legitimate national government. The Libyan president has just repudiated the attacks and called the perpetrators "cowardly."
