This ain't whooo, something very screwy going on here.
The federal stockpiles of medical PPE gear, which is desperately needed by American hospitals and ambulance first responders is being packed up on pallets and shipped to Taiwan, South Korea, China, and Italy. What goes here, what about the calls and crusades of AMERIKKKA FIRST by Team trDumpie ?
Beyond all that. What the fuck is this info spreading on the media and nooks and crannies of the Internet... The federal government is reducing their stockpiled medical PPE inventories with this privatized or some call it public/private scheme. Get this, They are depleting the stockpiles by transferring the medical PPE back to private medical supply vendors. Then these vendors sell the government owned PPE at an astounding and obscene markup. What the fucking fuck,... ? ************ Here is the US Army General who commanded the troops during Hurricane Katrina. He is addressing the issue of the federal stockpiled PPE as pertains the Covid Crisis. Link to tweet

Most blue collar workers have more of an ethical core than to stoop to this level.
Trump is simply a fake Billionaire (he is not and never was blue collar and never was a billionaire). White trash should be applied to those who are profiting from this crisis -- Senator Burr, those holed up in their faraway bunkers, and the guy who bought up hand sanitizer in early February all fit the bill. |

“What’s in it for me?”
Not what can I do to help. It’s also the default thought for him and his children and his administration. And another thing, they don’t even have to come up with ideas on how to reverse every possible thing that benefits people because they’ve had that list ready for decades. All they have to do is check off each benefit as they take it away from us. |

Private equity profits before public need?
These guys know tangibles. When private equity invests in precious metals, they always tell you, get possession of the physical metal. "Depository receipts" are never good enough. In warehousing plenty of scarce products come up with empty warehouses. It was the basis of Crazy Eddie's. IOW they've been repossessed! |

8. This SURELY can't be true...I realize "he" is corrupt, but even for criminals, there are limits.
What I thought was happening was that Trump was promising states with Democratic governors, then diverting the shipments to states with Repuke governors, which is bad enough. From the sound of this, he is treasonous. Good lord, he is beyond the bottom of my list as to horrible human beings, but even this is more than my brain can handle. Surely...is money involved? Revenge? I don't get what all this entails.

to the pit that is TrumpCo.'s greed and lawlessness. They believe, and rightly so with the blessing of the republican Senate's majority, that they are above the law, and completely free to profit as much as possible from Trump's presidency. Every attempt to investigate Trump's avarice and lawlessness has fallen by the wayside. After we remove him from office we might be able to get to the bottom of his criminality. Hopefully so.

the so-called "free market" elevated above all else. In red don the crackpots finally have someone who, lacking a conscience, will let ruthless profiteering take precedence above all else. These kooks also want the Federal government to be weak, hence no good response.
Frosts me that the corporate media reports this story as a "what" but not a "why"--there is a reason they keep doing things that look so counterproductive--it's not bumbling, it's because there are radical far-right "free market" ideologues dictating what the Federal government is doing. |

This is deliberate. If we are dealing with a pandemic it opens the floodgates for rampant looting of the treasury, emergency stockpiles, and recinding of all laws. Then Dady P shows up and the erik prince mercenary army come into play and we have total breakdown. That is the plan, has been for a while, like since Wcheney. They set the stage for this move, they hadn't counted on Obama getting anywhere and so they did everything to hamstring him from day one.
WE have to overturn this regime using all means from this point out because they truly do mean to kill as many of us as they can before we oust them. Seen any militia types moving in yet? I saw some heading toward the AB Wilderness yesterday when I was out. They have their own armored vehicles with tracks. Okay, okay, this administration really is incompetent. That's something we can all agree on.
But what if - and I really can't believe I'm saying this - what if the actions to date hav been deliberate? What if the slow walking was deliberate? What if the deaths caused by the incompetence were deliberate? What if sending PPE to China and Thailand so that the US would be low on these supplies was deliberate? What if this was trump's objective? What if the enablers - fox news and the rw hate network - were witting (or unwitting) enablers? Trump is a malignant narcissist. He's a sociopath. He doesn't care about anyone or anything other than himself. Is he any different from people like Ted Bundy or Gary Ridgway or Dennis Rader, just performing on a larger stage? We all know it's a high for him to be number one. What a number one this would be - killing thousands or at least laying the groundwork so those thousands are dead because of him. What power. He does get off on the suffering of others, as do his spawn... some disorders are hereditary. This is deliberate and that's all there is to it. If it wasn't deliberate, the Rs in Congress would have fought against it and would have stepped up to stop him rather than facilitate the pandemic. |

48. Jared Kushner refers to the national stockpile of medical supplies as "our stockpile"
and not one belonging to states.
When asked about data showing states' need for equipment, Kushner said, "The notion of the federal stockpile is that it's supposed to be our stockpile. It's not supposed to be states' stockpiles that they then use." He then referred to criticism from governors who say the government has not provided needed medical supplies. "When you have governors saying that the federal government hasn't given them what they need, I would encourage you to ask them, have you looked within your state to make sure you haven't been able to find the resources?" he continued. USA Today According to HHS, however, "The Strategic National Stockpile's role is to supplement state and local supplies during public health emergencies. Many states have products stockpiled, as well. The supplies, medicines, and devices for life-saving care contained in the stockpile can be used as a short-term stopgap buffer when the immediate supply of adequate amounts of these materials may not be immediately available." So, like everyone in the Trump Crime Family, Kushner is a f*cking liar. |
