It would appear there is a connection between prayer and the spread of Corona Virus

Has anyone done a scientific study on the spread of this through prayer?

1. I've observed

that heavy reliance on prayers is inversely proportionate to intelligence which in turn is inversely proportionate to corona infection rates.

3. Well a Church Choir Rehearsal Meet-up Didn't Turn Out Too Well...

If that's what you mean? Or, I'm sure lots of prayer went into Liberty University's decision to reopen and here's some results of their recent Spring meetup.

4. No but I'll take a shot at the likely findings of such a study

1. Worshippers in question believed that COVID-19 is a divine curse on certain sinners
2. Worshippers figured their own sins are exempt from God's wrath
3. Worshippers figured they are blessedly immune from contagion, just because
4. Worshippers were therefore not hesitant to gather in close proximity, just because
5. Worshippers belatedly learned that social distancing and crowd avoidance was not such a bad idea after all
6. Worshippers experienced the harsh reality that in this instance God and the virus don't discriminate
7. In summary, the worshippers in question did not have a prayer

6. Matthew 6:6

If Matthew 6:6 were observed more often, this wouldn’t be as much of a problem.
