25 yr.old Pharmacy Technician dies CA, no underlying conditions. (Original Post)

Very sad, but how many were infected by this technician. I have to go to the pharmacy at least

I agree. They are exposed to a large number of people every day and should were PPE.

Look into whether you can get meds mailed, also see if your pharm has drive through.

(10,746 posts)1. Very sad, but how many were infected by this technician. I have to go to the pharmacy at least
twice a week for family members. I always wear a face mask. Rarely do the pharmacy workers wear them. It should be mandatory for all pharmacy staff, all supermarket workers, all employees facing the public to wear masks.

for all of my regular meds. I get a 90 day supply.
If it's just a single round of treatment, like for antibiotics, I do use the local CVS. But that is not common.
I have a medicare Rx plan thru United Healthcare for $26 month. Most of my meds are free for the 90 days.
