I keep seeing this push back from crooked Don people, re: Cuomo needing more PPE & Vents:

"He asked for 30,000. The federal stockpile has about 16000. (Google it) The federal government sent 4000, 25% of the stockpile. New York already has 10,000. New York has less than 45,000 confirmed cases and about 42,000 active cases. How many of those are presently hospitalized? How many are in ICU and need respirators?

The president has ordered GM to start manufacturing respirators."

I'm mentally fried. Can someone in the know help me respond to this nonsense?

So they were unprepared for what could, and did, happen.

Second, Trump has no interest in helping blue states.

I saw somewhere that 17% of cases are serious. I don't know if that is holding up but that would mean over 900,000 serious cases.
