23. So they can get into a college that won't be opened?

American life has not seen anything this drastic since World War II.

4. I asked the same question & never got an answer. I'm sure it depednds on how many hours of study

they have completed and what the mandatory time is. Maybe they can have some short sessions & them the final tests to be able to grant graduation/ I'm sure I never sgot an answer because nothing has been decided yet.

9. They should just graduate them.

I know that during WWI some schools graduated people who enlisted. So why not?

12. I read Italy...

I read they had enlisted interns that had not taken their final exams. They need the doctors desperately. We are living in different times.

19. correct

2 months worth of school isn't going to make the difference between someone being properly educated and stupid. Let them get out there and live their lives. They'll all be fine

14. Most schools sent work home with students

For them to complete on their own. Nobody is going to not be able to graduate because of the virus.

15. I think it is being left up to the individual districts.

Don't look to Ditzy DaVos. She is as useful and informed as a gnat (sorry to insult the gnats). That it tRump's nickname for her....so why doesn't he fire her? Family $$$$$$$ of course.

16. My daughter falls into this category

She will finish online and graduate. She will just miss the best parts of high school; prom, graduation, senior trip, etc

I am just hoping college starts in the fall.

21. In Virginia:

https://www.richmond.com/news/virginia/virginia-offers-flexibility-so-high-school-seniors-can-still-graduate/article_7c90ccd5-c52e-5b44-b279-8798942f2f84.html

We were just talking about this at work today. My boss’ niece is a teacher and she’s come in to help us out since she doesn’t have school.

I would guess each state will make their own guidelines and exemptions?
