1. K&R, China reported CV19 genetic sequence on Jan 12!! We still don't have WHO's mass test kits !!
Because Trump's crony had to make some money off the CDC

2. Impeachable offense
at the very least. People are dying because of this specific piece of corruption. This will not end well for Trump and his cronies.

6. I am in Florida and we are about to have a huge catastrophe on
our hands here, the longer they try to ignore it, the worse it will get.
I think what's happening is, there aren't necessarily more cases in blue states, they are fighting harder for tests, social distancing measures. I don't think for a second, hotspots won't begin popping up in red states, they will do everything they can to censor that, they already are. |

7. Censoring. Is it possible
Trump can threaten $$ withholding if Governors aggressively test & report?
Or dangle other threats? Didn’t Ukraine impeachment grounds expose his modus operandi? |

11. My adult child & family live with me in my home
Because “no cases” reported near here, they have a false sense of security.
It is frustrating. Please be safe. I do worry about Florida the most. And islands |

14. It's happening everywhere, they are suceeding with this BS.
They are making things far worse by doing this, I'm sure you knew that.
I followed politics before only here and there, but when he was elected, I instictively knew it would lead to something unbelievably horrible.😔 |

15. Wow, thank you. I follow BNO and Worldometer. I had
never seen this, I like the breakdowns and the recovery percentages. Most here have been sharing the Johns Hopkins site., which is great on my tablet, laptop, computer, etc., but on my phone not so much..its hard for me to read and I almost exclusively use my phone.

This was published in the New York Times today.
Link to tweet Also this from a front line Italian Doctor “...you see the diagnosis, which is always the damned same: bilateral interstitial pneumonia. This is what CoronaVirus is diagnosed as. How many deaths reported this year as BIP? Who would have a centralized record? |

9. Yea, bad test kits at the start used up the reagent
So i guess they have made what they can make with the reagent at hand.
Reagent comes from China just like the antibiotics used to treat the secondary bacterial infection after the viral. Lets see what happens then. |

10. A little more from the article:
Some of the testing components are manufactured by Qiagen, a multinational leader in molecular testing headquartered in Germany. Spiking demand for its products has prompted the company to increase production to three shifts a day, seven days a week, at plants in Germany and Spain.
"This now is an unprecedented situation," said Qiagen corporate spokesman Thomas Theuringer. "Demand is exploding, especially in the United States ... and this is stretching our capacity." The Centers for Disease Control is looking into the shortage, CDC Director Robert Redfield told Politico on Tuesday. “I’m confident of the actual test that we have, but as people begin to operationalize the test, they realize there’s other things they need to do the test, said Redfield. Michael Mina, a Harvard professor of epidemiology, tweeted Monday that the testing components are critical. It sounds like other countries planned ahead and most have the necessary components, but not the United States. |
