After his indicted, congress and our new AG should obtain Trumps tax returns, financial records, everything related to the Trump organization. Then they can financially destroy the entire Trump organization. I also want Kushner and his company investigated. I want that prick to be indicted. This is just for starters.

DOJ doesn't have to approve the charges, but if it was run past them, it was likely approved in between Sessions and Barr and right at the time Cohen made his deal. I've talked to people that say there is no possible way Cohen was charged for that campaign finance stuff without Trump being indicted as well.
