1. U.S. Vaginas are public property: The U.S. government decides what can or cannot happen in U.S. vaginas.
2. Never insert anything else but a penis in a U. S. vagina, with the exception of a U.S. ultrasound probe.
3. U.S. penises belong in vaginas, and cannot be used for any other purposes.
4. U. S. vagina hosts may decide which penises (if any) enter vaginas.
5. Unfertilized eggs of U. S. vagina hosts are the sole property of the U.S. government.
6. The use of contraception to prevent the fertilization of U.S. eggs is punishable by law.
7. Fertilized eggs in U.S. hosts are the property of the U.S. government, until they emerge from vaginas, at which time they become the sole responsibility of hosts.
8. The Government bears no responsibility for the feeding, nurturing, educating or protection of any new people who emerge from said vaginas.
