6. I was glad she brought up tRump's sister

leaving the federal bench to avoid the ethics investigation. That didn't get nearly enough coverage, but with the blizzard of crimes under this regime, almost nothing gets enough coverage because there's not enough time in the day.

7. Betcha Orangie is having a really bad night! Emergency meeting of Federal Judges tomorrow, all this

$$ dirt Rachel is digging up, his buddy AG 's resignation is being demanded. As much as he tries to ignore all this crap, he's surrounded and suddenly has no friends.

8. She's featuring the work of NYT finance editor, David Enrich

His recent article:

The Money Behind Trump’s Money
The inside story of the president and Deutsche Bank, his lender of last resort.

By David Enrich
Published Feb. 4, 2020
Updated Feb. 10, 2020

-snip-

One reason all these files could be so illuminating is that the bank’s relationship with Trump extended well beyond making simple loans. Deutsche Bank managed tens of millions of dollars of Trump’s personal assets. The bank also furnished him with other services that have not previously been reported: providing sophisticated financial instruments that shielded him from risks and outside scrutiny, and making introductions to wealthy Russians who were interested in investing in Western real estate. If Trump cheated on his taxes, Deutsche Bank would probably know. If his net worth is measured in millions, not billions, Deutsche Bank would probably know. If he secretly got money from the Kremlin, Deutsche Bank would probably know.

And she’s going through advance tidbits of his new book, Dark Towers.

9. She's reviewing DARK TOWERS by David Enrich. I pre-ordered

the book and will start listening to it at 12:01am. I love investigative journalism.

David Enrich on now.

Agents swear an oath to the adversary. I think TRump denounced his U.S. citizenship for rubles.

22. I love it! But we aren't going to do anything about it.

Not sure what's more frustrating. Did she talk about how the emoluments suit got thrown out? House members couldn't file. Haven't heard why they didn't know that? And who can file.

23. I think it was the House could file, but as individuals, they couldn't because they couldn't

prove they (as individuals) were sustaining damage from him violating the emoluments clause. I think it was a set-back, but not thrown out.

24. Thanks. You are saying the House as an entity can file?

Agree no damages individually. Who is damaged? Steve Cohen D-TN had both foreign and domestic emolument clause violations in his November 2017 articles of impeachment.
