They've subsequently used federal authority to prosecute people that they claim are doing more than just selling for more than medicinal purposes. I think their claims may be dubious and fuck I don't agree with the war on drugs to begin with. But I seriously doubt that Mary Beth Buchanan or whatever other fucking lunatic Romney appoints to be Attorney General is going to take a more hands off approach than Eric Holder?
