@SpeakerPelosi for destroying @realDonaldTrump 's State of the Union speech. Her conduct was beneath the dignity of the House, and a potential violation of law (18 USC 2071). Nobody is above the law. She must be held accountable. Toady fucker. She ripped up a paper full of right wing bollocks and according to the Trump enablers that means she is more guilty than a chap who tried to extort an election and has literally set the constitution on fire in the process. Guilty you say. These wankers are insane. If nobody was above the law then this should be in our immediate future...

Obviously. If I get a copy of my birth certificate, I can then destroy that copy. The law protects only the government's official record of my birth certificate (well, it would had I been born on federal property. In my case it's protected by state law....)
So, for example, when Donnie gives a speech and rips up his own copy with his hand-written sharpie notes, *that* is the official copy under the presidential records act, presuming they didn't make a copy that includes his notes. Sounds like it's yet another Donnie crime and impeachable offense!  |
