I do understand that you can't micro-analyze every one day poll change from yesterday, of course. But I don't understand how anyone can ignore long term trend lines. It seems so completely counterintuitive that his trends rise in proportion to the horrors he commits. His approvals around the end of 2017 were in the mid to upper 30s.

We are ignoring a segment of people who aren't necessarily horrible, but just have lower IQs, and don't ever read or learn or research anything.
