When I started scanning my news sites over coffee today, it was like "holy shit, nothing but bad news today". So, here's a list of headlines that will allow people to do all their cussin' and throwing stuff at your phone or computer in one place....

no overwhelming health problems, my 'ole truck ain't broke, a few good friends, loads of good music bookmarked, some chocolate and other comfort food, good grown up kids and lots of things for this grandpa to fix......

Sometimes I think evolution has taken a break. It's difficult to find a place on earth that's not living in fear of some sort.

In an abstract way, I guess I was try to make the point that the world is overdue a break.....an extended time of peace.
