I called my GOP Senators.

For one, no one took my call and voicemail was full.

For the other, talked with a live person (I was shocked!) who told me that after today's opening arguments, the Senator is "open" to voting for allowing witnesses.

7. The person I talked to was very nice and listened to my concerns.

Not that it matters one way or the other but at least I got through.

2. I need to call

but Grassley/Ernst will never turn from their orange idol.

ETA: I'll still call, but I have to work up to it. More coffee.

5. My GOP senator has several offices in my state,

so I called each office and found one that had room to leave a vmail. He frequently doesn't clear out his vmail. Also, you can contact them via their website.

8. What state?

I'm in TN. One of my senators is retiring (Alexander) and the other (blackburn) in in the bag for the orange anus.

10. Texas, Cruz and Cornyn.

Have you called their offices? I know Blackburn is hopeless but always good to express your opinion anyway.

9. That's Great! Both my senators are solid dems, so we

need people with R sens to make those calls. Often. Thanks
