The reason why no Americans or Iraqis were killed in the missile attack was because ...

.... Iran gave a heads up to the P.M. of Iraq, they purposely choose not to
target the Americans, and they did it in the middle of the night.

Did that mother fucker just blame Obama for Iran's actions?
