So much for Bolton testifying in the Impeachment trial

Trump's actions in Iran are fulfilling Bolton's (and other neo-cons') wet dreams to destroy that nation, take over their oil fields and "protect" Israel.

6. Integrity?

when has Bolton demonstrated that he has integrity? His resigning from his post was a CYA move and not one of integrity.

3. Conversely, what's to hinder him now?

No honor amongst thieves. You think he'll feel obligated in any way to Trump now? Trump already took the action that set off the chain of events that Bolton desires. If anything, Bolton probably would want a rational and competent person executing what happens next.

Bolton loses nothing by testifying now. He's one of the only people in the world in a win-win position currently.

4. Bolton and Barr know each other quite well . . .

Nevertheless, Bolton does not like shithole, plus, there is always Pence who can fulfill the attack on Iran.

7. No One Will Mess Up Bolton's Dream More ...

... than Trump.

Bolton may want regime change in Iran, but if anyone can derail that goal it would be the incompetent Trump.

8. I actually wondered whether the whole incident was intended to buy Bolton's silence.

It wouldn't surprise me. You can't believe a thing that comes out of Trump or anyone in his administration.

9. Don't forget, Bolton has a book coming out before too long.

His book, plus his ego, will be a tough tug to overcome for him and I predict he will testify, if asked. Didn't the court clear his aide...Kuppermind or some such name?

I'm sure he has rehearsed his answers.
