The good thing about executive Orders is that they can be overturned with one signature during January 2021.

Any new Democratic president would reverse his controversial orders as soon as is practicable.

I have no reason to believe that a democratic President won’t overturn every single executive order immediately upon his/her inauguration.

all of those Republicans whom were visibly outraged about Obama's (significantly) restrained use of Executive Orders while dealing with a massively obstructionist Republican House/Congress during his two terms as POTUS.
