The vote:
Ayes - 221 Democrats, 5 republicans
Nays - 4 Democrats, 183 republican, 1 Independent.
republicans who voted Aye were Posey, Reed, Rooney, Upton, and Watkins
Democrats who voted Nay were Ocasio-Cortez, Omar, Pressley, and Tlaib.
Those four Democrats voted against the Democrats and with the republicans.
