Lev Parnas' attorney, Joseph Bondy, added: "Devin Nunes was definitely part of an attempt to gather information about the Bidens. He was definitely involved in Ukraine. He definitely had involvement in the GOP shadow diplomacy efforts in Ukraine, contrary to his claims."

But Duncan Hunter pleading guilty has to make Nunes feel like the walls are closing in. Schiff made some non-committal remarks, but they weren't made to make Nunes feel comfortable. House Republicans should be able to see the writing on the wall. Nunes has no place to land if he jumps, so he's got to hang tough for now. But a landing pad isn't going to suddenly materialize for him. Keep pushing him, and he'll have to jump soon enough.
