The republican politicians are just plain liars and seem to feel nothing. |

6. Please keep saying it over and over
Our *pResident did exactly what the founders thought might happen with a grifter executive, and they put impeachment in the Constitution as the remedy for that crime. We’re so far down the rabbit hole now that only the truly aware have any notion of that concept. The rest need to be woke.

7. Schiff's closing remarks provided an excellent summary of the day's testimony and Trump's crimes.
He summarized why it was a bribery: Trump conditioned providing an official act (missiles, White House visit) for a thing of value to Trump personally (manufactured dirt on Biden and Crowdstrike and a Biden-besmirching public announcement by Ukraine of an investigation into Biden/Burisma and 2016 US election/Crowdstrike servers).
In short, it was missiles for manufactured dirt. |

however I don't see how he realized he wasn't being "fooled" and not knowing it was Biden they were after and to boot apparently the Pentagon has yet to release 36 million to Ukraine for grenade launchers, security and boats.

26. Notice in the first clip how Nunes keeps flubbing words. That's because he can't connect with
the script. He doesn’t believe what he’s saying. He’s phoning it in and wants to go home. Compare that to Adam Schiff’s statements. That’s someone with a comprehensive understanding of the full context of everything going on, what's being testified to, the law, the Constitution, the ideals of the nation, and someone speaking from conviction. This is what Republicans hate about Democrats. Because they don’t understand it, and can’t fake it.

41. In Ken Starr's day -
- rightly or wrongly, elected Republicans believed voters would reject obvious corruption. And probably some, even maybe most, would have. But to this day there are people who will tell you Nixon was railroaded.
- also, Nixon retained the ability to reasonably weigh outcomes and choose the one that was the lease dangerous in the long run. Orange Judas wouldn't understand the "long run" in any way. He light think it referred to a ski slope. Or to a golf hole. |
