Educate me please

How long are hearings expected to last before a vote? Any guesstimate?

1. Committee vote by Turkey Day...

floor vote in December is last estimate I heard.

Would put it before the Senate in Jan if they can do it.

2. They have witnesses all next week...

So I doubt that it will happen then?

Then they will go on Thanksgiving break.

Nobody knows what might happen between then and now?

3. the purpose of the hearings is gather the testimony and evidence to put together articles of

impeachment, that is another process. Then the articles are voted on by the entire house and 51% "yes", trump is IMPEACHED.

Then its up to the senate to hold a trial for removing trump from office or not. Good chance no trial will be held by McConnell and 2020 election will be all about that
