Can Ukraine break the oil/gas contract with Rick Perry's friend?

When their courts learn the corrupt circumstances surrounding the deal they can surely terminate the 50-year contract.

While we here are learning how many fellow Americans seem to be corrupt themselves or okay with corruption as long as it's their guys. There need to be serious consequences or it will spread even farther.

What are the legal actions available if someone benefits from extortion second-hand? Forfeiture of anything they gained by it? Donald T. Rump won't be running things for long, except in his own mind

Though I doubt Perry's buddies were completely ignorant of what was going on and how it would benefit them. Best lawyer up and try to cut a deal in exchange for spilling the beans, if they have more sense than Perry (not certain with this crowd, but possible)
