Obama Campaign Hits 3.1 Million Donors

More than 3.1 million people have donated to President Obama's re-election campaign, surpassing the 3 million unique donors from his 2008 campaign, according to ABC News. The Obama campaign tweeted out a graphic noting various statistics on who has given to the campaign this time around.

Of those donors, 2 million gave less than $25 dollars and over 1.4 million gave more than once. Three women donated for every two men.

Is Mitt still buying Twitter followers?

Time for another donation...

Will make another after his speech on Thursday. Romney has the money advantage, so I donate every time I have a little extra. Every little bit helps, right?

The closer we get to the election we can expect to see a barrage of ads against the President funded by the Super Pacs. It's very important that we donate what we can so our message doesn't get drowned out.

Mr. Obama gets $50 every payday from now (after Labor Day) until election day. If I could send more I would.
