1. Since around the 13th, there has been a huge spike

already. They are following tons of resistance Twitter accounts. I can't imagine how much worse it's going to get, but I'm sure it will.
Last year I was being followed by hundreds of Turkish accounts and every time, I would block them because it was so suspicious, I think they were collecting accounts for the future.
