1. Two more...

There will also be those who only engage in black and white thinking fallacies and those who don't.

Gee. that was funnier and more intricate than I thought was going to either be or not be.

Well, you are either with me or against me on that one.

10. Mind Blown

Reminds me of Russel’s Paradox from set theory...which makes defining/studying sets considerably more complicated.

12. The Wrath of Kahn comes to mind.

Kahn's superior intellect chasing / searching on the x and y plane was easily defeated by Spock's Z axis maneuver.

Don't forget the 4th dimension Time.
Strike while the iron is hot. And think of the long term consequences.

Those who think there are only two kinds of people, and those who don't.

2. Absolutely!

Voting for Twitler doesn’t mean you’re a racist or a homophobe or misogynist it just means that wasn’t a deal breaker for you and it should have been. You were complicit and you need to own that.

31. Low info's who have a job and their friends and family

have jobs...so they are happy. Know lots of people like this. Absolutely zero exposure to politics. No interest. Pretty much decent people. Probably couldn't even name VP.

What about them?

34. Just stupid and lazy maybe?

Also highly unlikely you know a lot of people that have had zero exposure to politics. You don't have to care about politics to be aware. If you've ever watched television, used social media, or been in a work breakroom, you've been exposed to his awfulness, and politics.

35. Stupid? I wouldn't say stupid. Just maybe lower

range IQ. Hold decent jobs, love Facebook...to (unknowingly (not enough self-awareness)) brag about who they are with (great time..iow, I have friends, you don't). In TX anyway, they care about guns - right to have them. The biggest focus of bigotry IMHO is women (shouldn't run things). Second, IMHO, liberals. Liz Warren could never ever win TX. Ever. Hope I am wrong.

3. Like my opinion of people in general...

It doesn't matter where you're from or the color of your skin or what you believe or not, there are only two kinds of people in this world. Those that are assholes and those that are not assholes.

20. I share that exact same viewpoint. I love and would like to be friends with everybody.

I don't care whom you're having sex with, as long as they're consenting adults. I don't care what the color of your skin is, what language you speak, or what your spiritual beliefs are. None of that matters a whit. I actually embrace the difference and find it interesting.

Just don't be a fucking dick. Is it really that hard for some people? Assholes transcend all races, colors, and creeds.

This is a philosophy that has served me very well over time.

23. Yes, "not being an asshole" really IS hard for a startling number of people. Add in

the fact that our society has basically encouraged the "I got mine, so FU" attitude, well, what can you expect.

8. Summon the "Sorting Hat"!

You’ll also see TONS of people insisting they knew he was no good and they didn’t vote for him, when they actually DID vote for him. Nobody will want to admit they supported trump. It won’t be cool by then.

I can remember the post-Watergate era. You couldn’t pay somebody to admit they voted for Nixon. He was a man without a fan base. But one usually snickered at that, because in the back of one’s mind would always be “well, all those votes had to come from somewhere!”

18. I remember that so clearly about Nixon voters.

I loved reminding those I knew who voted for him of how much grief they gave me for voting for McGovern. Some of them didn't take it very well. Some of them were people I warned not to vote for him because there was something in the works that was about to blow up for Nixon.

13. I break Trump supporters into two sub groups.

Those who allowed themselves to be convinced by a confluence of conflicting events in 2016 and ignoring the obvious voted for Donald Trump. Those who continue to ignore the obvious facts after Trump was elected 11/9. I have problems with both and I will not get over it.

Due to the severity of Trumpism voters of 3rd party candidates share in enabling this disaster.

They of course will not admit to it once he's gone but as someone else observed in another post on this thread, those votes had to come from somewhere.

Sadly it breaks down demographically along racial lines. Two thirds of white men and 53 percent of white women voted for trump in 2016.

29. 2020 could produce a new type of voter. Vote against Trump because you are tired of him,

That could be the dark side of impeachment. Pave the way for a crook that is not mentally ill.

14. A lot like when Dubya invaded Iraq to save his re-election chances and enrich his family & cronies

You either saw that for what it was - or thought it might be fun and good for "national pride."

Two very different groups of people there.

Ostracizing those that were willing to betray their country also helps.

They become louder and more visible when they get an asshole like trump in office as they sense then that their racism and misogyny is fine.
