'tRump's public impeachment hearings will begin soon'

Probably within weeks.

Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) says Democrats have five or six more witnesses to hear from in their investigation, and then public Trump impeachment hearings will begin.

Rep. Speier said on MSNBC, “I think we have probably another five or six witnesses. And then I think we would be in a position where we should turn over our testimonies that we’ve received, all of the transcripts to the judiciary committee, for the impeachment process to begin.’

Ukraine shakedown that the president and his TV lawyer were trying to run. The country has never seen a presidential abuse of power that cuts through multiple cabinet-level agencies. - PoliticusUSA

I hope Ted Lieu breaks out these images for the TV cameras.

6. Do they turn their evidence over to the Judiciary comittee and Schiff is still in charge?

Is it the Judiciary comittee that presents the case or a select committee?

Don't trust him much. He loves to throw out red meat and then pretend it isn't there. Like "As soon as we win the House I will be starting impeachment proceedings on Kavanaugh!". Or his backing down on conditions for Hope Hicks testimony which predictably resulted in being played for an embarrassing nothing burger from her. All I see from him are great quotes and a furrowed brow, but thats as far as it goes. At least from Schiff, he may not be blustery and loud, but hes slow and methodical and effective.

16. I wish Lewandowski had come before Schiff instead of Nadler.

I know the prosecutor tore him up at the end but he got away with too much disrespect before that. I would have liked to see how Schiff handled it. I'm sure there'll be another asshole like Lewandowski and we'll probably will see how he reacts.

5. Please let it be Schiff!

I heard a DC insider say that Pelosi had lost faith in Nadler having seen the way his hearings went. Perhaps that means he didn't have the command over them the way Schiff does.

Anyway, I love Schiff and the way he conducts his hearings is the best.

Preserve the Republic and save the Democracy while that is still possible!!! The flag is upside down, right now: distress!

This is not, as they are telling us, a partisan action. A majority of Americans realize that this is about the country, the Constitutions and the World at large.

Make it so!

So that if some "Dan Rather" type of mistake is made, throwing out a main avenue of attack, in the Ukraine scandal, that they at least have left the door open to include other crimes and misdemeanours. The last thing I want to hear from Nancy is that they are committed to narrow the impeachment to the Ukraine dealings only, and then be boxed into a corner herself about walking it back.

Just their looks alone scares me. I can only imagine in their earlier days in the Russian mafia when they were attempting to get "made", and how many poor folks they personally put in the hospital...or worse.
