(26,044 posts)...now that the Kurds have made an alliance with Assad. Any attempts to return to the positions we abandoned would potentially involve us in combat with a) Turkey, b) Syria, and/or c) our own former allies.

(25,111 posts)I thought it would have been done in a few days. Kinda late now. Apparently Syria's army is backing the Kurds now, the same army who is controlled by Russia. Putin is supposedly friends with Erdogan of Turkey. And the USA's troops from what I read is now cornered in Syria, meanwhile Isis has reclaimed it's existence while flying their Isis flag in Syria.
So Graham, your master has started a major conflict while Turkey is slaughtering the Kurds, so fuck you.
