(18,969 posts)Still pretty funny, he's become a better interviewer. I used to listen to him in the early to mid 00's. He gets amazing guests now, but it's a little disappointing that he still goes back to his immature antics in the middle of a great interview. He can be interviewing some super star and really asking great questions and getting them to open up, then he'll ruin it by asking them about their poops, or if they do anal. I mean one second he's got some screen legend talking about the death of their father and how it drove them to be a better actor and take tougher roles, and then he transitions that into embarrassing them by asking them about their first time having sex. He doesn't need to do that stuff anymore, I wish someone would tell him.
And he recently wrote a book, that's just a collection of his best interviews, he wants it to be his legacy. Due, your legacy is sex, bathroom, and racial jokes, own it, that's what you'll be remembered for. that and having an ego so massive you surrounded yourself with sycophants and hangers on.
I am interested in Maher tonight though, I'm sure the topic will be about Stern's interviews with Orange Shitstain.

(6,246 posts)I hope Bill keeps the conversation all about politics as Stern essentially helped put Twitler into office. Yet Stern was an HRC supporter
