Lawsuit filed in US district court to overturn voter approved amendment in banning greyhound racing.

69% of voters approved of the ban. Now, West palm beach attorney, Dawn Alba has filed a lawsuit on behalf of dog breeders and trainers, stating that it is unconstitutional to deprive these individuals of their livelihood. As reported in the Palm Beach Post.
