Odd markings, ellipses fuel doubts about the 'rough transcript' of Trump's Ukraine call

President Trump said Oct. 2 that he thought he'd finish his first term without people "making false claims," adding, "They didn't know that I had a transcript."

President Trump said Wednesday that his controversial July call with his Ukrainian counterpart was transcribed “word-for-word, comma-for-comma,” an assertion that fueled growing questions about the nature and completeness of an official memorandum about the call released by the White House last week.

“This is an exact word-for-word transcript of the conversation, taken by very talented stenographers,” Trump said.

White House officials previously had portrayed the document as not a verbatim transcription but rather a summary that closely tracked the words the president used in his July 25 call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky. They said it was being released in a bid to bring transparency and clarity to a call at the heart of a consuming political scandal that has sparked a House impeachment investigation.

Current and former U.S. officials studying the document pointed to several elements that, they say, indicate that the document may have been handled in an unusual way.

Sometimes when people get too accustomed to lying, they will lie for no good reason. Trump gains very little from this lie, and it’s easy to disprove. He’s just forgotten how to tell the truth.

Then why was much of it concealed ? Denied? Lied about saying corruption was the reason, preventing people from speaking to the House? Why did trump change his story? Why wouldn't he answer what he asked the Ukrainian president to do for him against Biden and his son? Why is trump lying about the disproven Biden story? Because he broke the law by extorting another country to make up damming evidence he could then promote knowing it was false. Why now is he including others who may have known , and we're involved? Because to distract away from himself, and to use it to get them behind him, or also be in trouble. This is how he's done before. Now he's going after Pence, and for an excuse to replace him with , ivankie probably. He doesn't trust or like Pence , and before this is all done he'll do anything to hurt him , and promote him as the corrupt one, which he'll say he knew nothing. Putin should be worried about what trump will do and say about him. Pence is corrupt and in deep trouble with trump.
