Fmr. Sen. Claire McCaskill says the State Dept. Inspector General's request for an urgent briefing with congressional committees, and the fact that he is bringing documents, "means something big is up."

and was greeted by a handful more whistleblower complaints? Ones that are clearly urgent and seem to be valid at face value?

The process has now been made clear. They go to congress. No need to get the WH involved.

Thinking maybe this is about Pompeo exploring ways to retaliate legally against those who cooperate with Congress?
