3. Hollywood always got the 'stake to the heart' thing wrong...

The stake to the heart would not actually prevent the corpse from re-animating, it was to anchor it in place after it does.

4. That might happen to me one day

I'd prefer to be left out in the bush for the animals, birds and insects. Since that's illegal, I've opted for a scientific end and donated to that exact same body farm.
